On October 27 and 28, 2025, the IAM Local 608 Negotiating Committee met with representatives from Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL) in Pinawa, Lewis center to continue collective bargaining discussions.
Your negotiating team from L>R Bernie Wood, International Rep. Glen Tomchuk, District Rep. Grant Pachkowsky President, Eddie Loewen, Sherry Parisian, Lawrence Dorie, and Siggi Schuhmann worked hard on behalf of all members to address key issues and push for improvements that reflect the value, skill, and dedication of our workforce.
While some issues remain unresolved, both sides have agreed to continue discussions to reach a fair and equitable agreement. The next bargaining session is scheduled for the first week of December, 2025.
